The High Level Management Seminar is directed to high level executives (Managers/Directors) of our international moving companies, as these are the ones that carry the heavy burden of stimulating the full development of their company´s potential and determining the best direction to follow for the progress of the same.

LACMA´s Training for Instructors in Professional Packing Techniques goes much further than the regular "on site" training.  The idea is to generate, for the first time in the industry, a trainer´s chain that takes these techniques back to the participating businesses and turns them into "in house" trainers for packers. 

This, not only is very cost efficient for the participating company, but also guarantees a standardized way of working within the organization.
