Management

The management of the association is composed of the following: 

The General Assembly is the maximum authority of the association, and is made up of the Active Members, Associate Members and Adjunct Members. The Board of Directors is the executive body of the association and is composed of six members. The Permanent Secretariat, headed by a General Manager, is located in Panama  City,  Republic of Panama.
